Is the $150 refundable if I don’t enroll?
The $150 is a visit fee with real clinical value — not a retainer. You receive a personalized plan at the visit regardless. If you enroll in Restored™, it is credited in full toward your program fee.
Do I need to take the quiz first?
The free Weight Loss Roadblock Quiz is strongly recommended before your visit — it gives Dr. Hellena a clinical starting point and makes the evaluation more productive. Take it here.
Is this a telehealth visit?
Yes. All visits are conducted via telemedicine through Practice Better. You’ll receive a link after booking. Available in AL, DE, FL, GA, OH, and PA.
What if my state isn’t listed?
